Retail Sales Associate

15-20 hrs a week (must be able to work 2 weekends a month) 

Smallfry is hiring! We are a consignment boutique that offers better than new used clothing for women, moms-to-be and children. We are excited to add a new member to our growing team!

We pride ourselves in giving each customer the ultimate shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, excellent customer service skills and a friendly, fun attitude. You are a master in sales, extremely personable and comfortable with children. Bonus if you have a broad knowledge of clothing brands and parent/baby gear. We are looking for someone who likes to learn new skills, is eager to be a part of a team and likes to stay busy. This position requires someone who has a strong work ethic, is punctual, responsible and trustworthy. Experience working with people is a must. Bonus if you’ve worked in consignment/resale. If you have a passion for fashion and a skill for sales, this may be the job for you!

General Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist all customers on the sales floor
Operate a Point of Sales System
Answer the phone
Maintain flow of current inventory on the floor (updating sale rack, removing expired items)                                                            

Additional Responsibilities:
General cleaning
Assist in shipping orders when needed
Deliver donations to local charities Social Media Posts

                                          
Required Skills and Experience:
One year minimum of sales/customer service experience   Technically Savvy High School Diploma/GED         
Well organized
Excellent Communicator
Problem solver
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to multi-task
